Services we provide

Commercial & Industrial
Environmental compliance approvals, waste audits, spill response and tenant due diligence for offices, retail, warehouses and manufacturing.
What matters to you, handled
Air and noise approvals
Generators, boilers, paint booths and process equipment can need an ECA or EASR registration. We check early so approvals do not hold up operations.
Waste rules
Waste audits and waste reduction work plans for large commercial and industrial buildings that are subject to Ontario waste regulations.
Leases and exits
Baseline and exit environmental assessments protect both landlords and tenants when leases start or end.
Incidents
Fast, documented response to spills and leaks, with sampling and reporting that stand up to regulators and insurers.

Learn moreQuestions we hear
Does our facility need an Environmental Compliance Approval?
It depends on your equipment and processes. We review what you have, tell you whether an EASR registration, an ECA or neither applies, and prepare the application if needed.
Should we do an environmental assessment when we sign a lease?
For industrial or higher-risk commercial uses, a baseline assessment at lease start is strongly recommended. It documents existing conditions so you are not held responsible for them later.
Have a site or building to assess?
Send us the address and what you are trying to do: buy, finance, rezone, build or renovate. We’ll tell you what you need and send a clear scope and quote.
